Sr. Josita Colbert SNDdeN
Sister Josita Colbert of Windsor, CT has recently celebrated her Golden Jubilee as as Sister of Notre Dame de Namur. She has been involved in Vocation Ministry for more than 18 years in various roles. Prior to this vocation ministry, she has taught and administered in primary and secondary schools throughout the United States. In responding to her students' needs, she established an evening high school tutorial program designed to assist young people in their quest for a college education. Sr. Josita has been instrumental in the development of programs reflecting the diversity of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. These programs assist women who are discerning the call to Notre Dame. In addition to her vocation responsibilities, she serves of the NRVC (National Religious Vocation Council) Standing Committee on Black vocations and is Co-Chair of the NBSC (National Black Sisters Council) Vocation Committee.
Sr. Angele Lewis SNDdeN

Sister Angele Lewis of Ipswich, MA has been a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur for 36 years. Prior to serving on the National Vocation Team, she spent over 25 years in Notre Dame schools. Her experience as a religion teacher, department chairperson, counselor, and admission director provides a unique skill set for vocation ministry. Sr. Angele believes that assisting a woman to recognize God's call for her life is the heart of vocation minstiry.
Sr. Jacinta Martinez SNDdeN
Sister Jacinta Martinez of San Carlos, CA is grateful for her many years as a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur. Proud of her Nicaraguan heritage and language, Sister Jacinta highly values the gift of ethnicity in others. As an educator and administrator for 35 years, Sister has taught all grade levels in California, Hawaii and Alaska with a specialty in the sciences. She is a recently retired hospital chaplain. Her skills in compassionate listening, and counseling persons with diverse life experiences, will enhance her new ministry. She looks forward to journeying with women who desire to answer the call of Jesus to live a Gospel way of life as a vowed religious.
Sr. Stephanie Thompson SNDdeN
Sister Stephanie Thompson of Cincinnati, OH has been a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur for 35 years. Prior to serving on the National Vocation Team, she was a campus ministry coordinator in Monroe, MI for the Archdiocese of Detroit. She has an extensive background in teaching, pastoral and spiritual care from previous ministries in high schools, hospitals and on college campuses.
